How do I return my parcel?
Returning an item is very simple. Follow the steps below:
- Fill out the return form (available in your package or downloadable from our website) and slip it inside the package.
- Make sure that the items are carefully folded, in their original packaging, unworn and in perfect condition.
- Send your parcel via Colissimo to the following address: CAFTAN FAMILY 2 rue Charles de Gaulle, Entrance B, 95130 Le Plessis-Bouchard Important: Returns to relay points are not accepted.
Do I have to pay to return my order?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The return must be made exclusively via Colissimo, to the address indicated.
CAFTAN FAMILY cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or damage to the package during transport.
The item I received is defective, what should I do?
If you received a defective item or one that does not match your order, don't worry.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at the following address: contact@caftanfamily.com
Our team will handle your request as quickly as possible in order to find a suitable solution.
After this period, unfortunately no claims can be accepted.
What are your refund processing times?
Once we receive your return, we process the items within 14 working days.
After verifying that everything is in perfect condition, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your order.
